With a passion for architecture and marketing, going into the real estate industry was the natural path for Rich to take. His entrepreneurial spirit led him into real estate when he was just 19, obtaining his real estate license in 2005 and his California real estate broker’s license in 2009. His career highlights are numerous, but he is incredibly honored to have represented some of the desert’s most distinguished properties, including former Frank Sinatra Residence, architectural homes by Donald Wexler, AIA William Krisel, AIA William Cody, and the Linea Development, the coveted collection of fourteen minimalist homes located in South Palm Springs designed by AIA Anthony Poon.
Rich’s clientele spans the gamut, from entertainment producers and professional athletes to those looking for their weekend getaway. In his free time, he spends time with his wife Tanya, whom he has known since high school, and they just recently welcomed their first son Pierce! Into the world, along with their two French bulldogs, Alfie and Leo. Giving back to their community is essential to Rich and Tanya, who get involved with local charities every year, including playing Santa to ten local families in need every Christmas. Rich was humbly honored to be involved in the Girlfriend Factor Foundation, raising money to benefit women with financial access to higher education through Go Girl! Grants fundraisers where Rich got to play the part of a cabana boy!
